By using Squish ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Squish is a browser-based tool that compresses, resizes and converts images on your own device. The free version is provided at no cost and may be supported by advertising. Squish Pro is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks additional features such as unlimited batch size, larger files, ZIP download, target file size mode and custom filenames.
You retain all rights to the images you process. Because processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive, store or have access to your images. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify any image you process.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation, to scrape or redistribute it, or to remove or circumvent the Pro license mechanism.
A Squish Pro license is a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license for the purchaser. It may be used on the devices you personally own. Refunds are handled by the payment processor according to its policy; if the Service fails to work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Compression is lossy by nature when using JPEG or WebP output; always keep your original files. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of data or images, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Squish Pro, if any.
The Service may include advertising, analytics and payment services operated by third parties, each governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
